Which platforms does it run on?
The Windows desktop application and any modern web browser. Android and iOS editions are on the roadmap.
Do I have to replace my current ERP?
No. Smartifie Logistic is ERP-independent; you do not need to change your existing system to install it.
Where is my data stored?
Your choice: in the cloud, on the device itself, or on your own server. On the Enterprise plan the data is kept in an isolated database.
What label sizes can I print?
Labels are produced as PDF; you can print them on A4 or on 10×14 cm thermal label stock. The template is configurable.
How does it stop the same carton being loaded twice?
Every package gets a unique barcode. If a carton is scanned a second time during loading, the system warns you.
Do I need a handheld terminal to scan?
No. You can scan with a camera or with a USB barcode scanner; both are supported.
How many people can use it?
It depends on the plan: Single Station 1 operator, Small Factory 3, Mid-size Factory 8, and unlimited on Enterprise. With role-based permissions warehouse, dispatch and management each see their own screens.
What do I need to do to try it?
